Breakfast of Champions

We finished up our trip this morning and had lots of fun visiting Corpus Christi. If you have the opportunity to check it out, you should. You should try lots of food, walk in the ocean, and simply relax as we did.

The last stop on our trip was a delightful breakfast/lunch spot called Hester's Cafe. It was delicious! Where else can you get a crab cake for breakfast? We feasted like champions and had to fight the sleepies all the way back home. The nice thing about Corpus is that it is very empty roads going back inland.

I am sorry to not write much today, but I am proud to declare this trip attempt a total success! Like most people who have a fun trip to the beach, I can feel the sun and salt now making me so tired as I arrive home. Tomorrow my attempt might just have to be the longest nap ever.
